Building the Cinematic Foundation Model

Our mission is to create the strongest Cinematic Foundation Model for entertainment – empowering professional creators to produce film-level content, and ultimately evolving into a content production platform itself. Our goal is the first model that understands the language of cinema, including narrative progression, shot-to-shot continuity, character and scene construction, and director intent.

Our journey began with a simple but ambitious goal: to build the tools that allow storytellers to create without compromise.

‍2023 – Procedural Content Generation (PCG)

We began with procedural content generation (PCG) technology to automate large-scale, high-quality 3D environment creation, initially targeting the gaming industry.

‍2024 – Layout & 3D-EnGen 
‍
We introduced AI-driven layout intelligence, enabling scenes to be composed with spatially accurate object placement that felt both realistic and narratively coherent. Building on this advance, the team released 3D-EnGen in beta, a production-ready tool for Unreal Engine and Unity that combined elements of layout intelligence with partial functionality of procedural generation to create high-quality, editable scenes.

‍2025 H1 – Previz-to-Video Pipeline

We developed the industry’s first Previz-to-Video pipeline — a breakthrough that transforms high-fidelity 3D previsualization into cinematic-quality video. This gives filmmakers full control over every element of a shot while ensuring perfect consistency across sequences. video. ‍We’re building an integrated infrastructure where data, models, workflows, and creators form a continuously improving closed loop. Unlike general-purpose models, which are broad but shallow, our models are purpose-built for professional filmmaking.
