We're building a cinematic AI storytelling experience that changes how stories get made. Our agentic platform lets creators go from idea to narrative video across formats, audiences, and platforms — fast. We're a small team that ships constantly, thinks from first principles, and believes the best creative tools haven't been built yet.
We're looking for a Senior or Staff Software Engineer who ships product features end-to-end. You'll own real surfaces of the product — the timeline, the canvas, the agent interactions, the moments where someone goes from a half-formed idea to a finished scene — and you'll take them from idea to production yourself.
This isn't a role where engineering means picking up tickets after a spec is finalized. You'll talk to users, prototype, decide what's worth building, work directly with our research and design teams, and turn agent capabilities into tools people actually use.
The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $350,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity compensation.
