Phil Sawyer

Phil Sawyer is Chief of Staff at Utopai Studios, leading company-wide people operations, HR strategy, and organizational development, having built the company's people and HR infrastructure through a period of rapid growth as Senior People Operations Manager. He is also co-founder of Tarock, a personality platform that grew to 25,000 users, and he earlier held people and operations roles at ASTONE Consulting, Atrium, and Starseed. He holds a BSc in neuroscience, pharmacology, and psychology from the University of Vermont.
